A brief about our Global Commercial Team:

Country Sales Manager DACH is a part of Global Commercial Team, headed by Chief Commercial Officer located in Lutsk, Ukraine. The team is focused towards development of sales worldwide and delivering best customer experience to world-leading retailers. The Country Sales Manager DACH is reporting to Modern-Expo Group CCO directly. This role is located in Berlin.

As a part of the Global Commercial Team you will:

  • Lead the sales activities in the DACH region
  • Develop the Clients portfolio in the DACH region
  • Monitor the emerging medium/long-term trends in the DACH region
  • Be responsible for developing and tracking the KPIs dashboard on Sales growth in Volume, Profit Margin, Market Share, Distribution, as well as Debt Management (Account Receivables), Customer Satisfaction rates, Return on investment (ROI) of implemented activities
  • Create highly effective sales team that understands and implements customer care policies & procedures in practice and spirit to ensure customer retention
  • Coordinate and follow-up with multiple stakeholders for issue resolution, take ownership and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
  • Provide feedback to global and local teams on important issues/problems if identified

A bit about you:

We are looking for someone who is experienced in business and sales development. You have experience in selling same categories equipment. You have solid negotiation skills for upselling products. You are able to focus on the detailed tasks to achieve specific outcome. You have the passion and drive for results, own initiatives and continuously evolve in line with analysis and feedback. You have good understanding of operational constraints and practical application of abilities to resolve business issues. You are skilled in team creation and development. You evince excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate comfortably to all levels across functions. You are a native speaker of German and are fluent in Eglish.

We expect you to have a proven track record of these:

  • High standard of university degree
  • 5 years relevant experience in retail equipment and refrigerators’ sales
  • Solid background in direct sales techniques and consumer/ brand/ trade analysis
  • Customer Handling acumen
  • CRM system in-depth knowledge
  • Team player and a good people manager
